Dough preparation:

In a bowl I put the yeast and then I put a teaspoon of sugar, a little warm water, oil and salt. I mixed and left it to rise for 5 minutes, during which time, in a larger bowl, I sifted the flour. When the mayonnaise started to grow, I put it over the flour and mixed it.

I let the crust rise for about 40 minutes while I cut the ingredients for the pizza topping and made the sauce.

I put the sheep's case on the grater (on the biggest side)

Sauce: I mixed the 4 tablespoons of tomato paste with a little pepper and thyme.

I greased the multicooker bowl with a little oil and lined it with flour.

I put the spread pizza dough, the sauce, the sheep's cheese and the topping ingredients.

I selected MENU-BAKE, 180 degrees, 20 minutes and closed the lid.

After 20 minutes the pizza was ready.
