Variant I & # 8211 Rice diet (7-day diet)

Dinner: 100 g grilled chicken breast and boiled rice as much as you want
Day VII
Breakfast: an orange and 2 boiled eggs.
Snack: 2 apples.
Lunch: boiled rice as much as you want and 200 grams of grilled salted fish
Dinner: boiled rice as much as you want and a cup of low-fat yogurt

In some variants of the diet with boiled rice, consumption is also recommended shock tea, tea that has diuretic effects, without presenting the negative effects that medicinal diuretics have. Shock tea is also a good laxative, ensuring an optimal intestinal transit so that intestinal toxins do not accumulate in the body. In some variants of the diet the raw rice consumed was limited to 250 gr. per day, but from experience I tell you that the 250 grams of raw rice is transformed by boiling into a fairly large pan of boiled rice that you will hardly be able to consume completely in a day anyway, therefore it is not necessary necessary to complicate the weighing of rice. If you still want to be stricter then boil 1 cup and a quarter of rice & # 8211 about that means 250 grams.

You can use both basmati, whole wheat, wild, Indian rice as well white rice (I used white rice, which has about 130 cal / 100 gr.).
The diet with boiled rice is quite easy to follow because, although it seems monotonous, it does not involve starvation, rice being a satiating food, so you will not feel hungry or hungry.
