Heart-embroidered crepes are an idea to start the Valentine's Day celebrations in a super romantic way. It is a crepes dough that you will have to put in a syringe for sweets or a syringe for chocolate (I also read that you could also use a bottle with a pacifier with a single hole) and that you will have to put on the crepiere by drawing a heart and making some internal doodles, that's all;) The idea was too nice not to replicate it and even Ivano liked it a lot, so here it is tested and photographed for you. Method
How to make heart embroidered crepes
In a bowl, mix the egg with the milk
Then add the flour and sugar and mix to form the batter.
Pour the batter into a pastry bag with a smooth spout with a small hole and draw a heart with the dough directly on the hot crepe pan
Then continue creating a sort of pierced embroidery inside the heart.
As soon as it is lightly browned, turn it into a crepe with the spatula and cook on the other side as well, then proceed to create all the other crepes in the same way.
Serve the heart-embroidered crepes sprinkling them with sugar and serving with fresh fruit
