Mix the yeast with the sugar in a cup until a paste results, to which we add warm water and 1 tablespoon of flour. Let the yeast rise for 30 minutes.

Bake in a tray lined with 180 degree baking paper.

Meanwhile, boil a syrup of water and honey.

Pass the baked martyrs through the syrup and then through the walnut.
