- fusilli 500 gr.
- chicken breast 500 gr.
- olive oil
- mushrooms a box
- dry white wine a glass
- fresh dill
- tomato paste 2 tbsp
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Fusilli with chicken and mushrooms:
The pasta is boiled in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Peel an onion, finely chop it and put it in oil with water. After the onion has softened, add the sliced chicken. It goes well with salt, pepper and paprika. It is left approx. 5 minutes to combine tastes. Add enough water to cover the composition. When the meat is penetrated, add the mushrooms. Let it boil for approx. 10 minutes adding the wine. At the end, add the tomato paste and the finely chopped dill and let it boil. The pasta is strained and passed under a stream of cold water.

Easter offers lightness and creativity in the kitchen. Whether we eat them plain, with pesto, tomato sauce and basil, or add vegetables, meat and cheese, they are always a nutritious and filling meal.
Fusilli with chicken and mushrooms
You know the question: & # 8222What else to cook tonight? & # 8221 Very common. Well, tonight we're cooking pasta with mushrooms and chicken breast at Crock-Pot Express.
The advantage of pasta is that they are a quick alternative for evenings when we don't want to spend much time in the kitchen.
I chose rifles. Why? Fusilli are a type of pasta that is easy to eat, looks great on a plate and children also like them. Bonus points for fusilli!
- 400g mushrooms
- 2 pieces of chicken breast
- 2 white onions
- 5 garlic cloves
- 100gr parmesan
- 400g pasta (I used durum wheat fusilli)
- Optional: mozzarella.
Let's begin. I selected the Brown / Saute program for 10 minutes. After the HEAT message disappeared, I added a tablespoon of oil, and hardened the onion and garlic.
We keep chopping. I sliced the chicken breast, thin, wide. I added it over the onion.
I added the spices now, to catch the meat taste, both from onions and garlic, and from the rest: basil, parsley, dill, black pepper.
While the meat is browning, chop the mushrooms, both the hats and the tails. We add them over the other ingredients. Stir, and let them blend a little.
The Brown / Saute program is over. I choose the Rice program for 12 minutes.
We added the pasta, mix well and add enough water to cover the ingredients.
We put the lid on. We check that the pressure valve is closed.
After 12 minutes, release the pressure.
Add 50g mozzarella and 100g grated Parmesan cheese. Mix the cheeses well.
